You dont need another Zoom call at 7pm...

WORKING MOM NUTRITION CLUB

Nutrition on your time.
Not another obligation.

Hi friend,

Real talk: if someone asked me to add a live Zoom call to my calendar right now, I would close my laptop and go lie on the kitchen floor with the kids.

I'm a working mom. Two toddlers born 12 months apart, a full-time hospital career, and exactly zero evenings that aren't already spoken for. I love connecting with other moms more than almost anything — but not on a schedule that adds one more obligation to a life that's already full.

That's the problem I kept running into when I tried to figure out how to help more women than just my 1:1 clients. Every community model I looked at was built around live calls, live check-ins, you-had-to-be-there content. And I thought — that's not who this is for. We don't have that.

So I built something different.

THE TRANSFORMATION

From: overwhelmed by another program, another set of rules to follow perfectly or abandon entirely.

To: a community that shows up for you on your schedule — at 6am with your coffee, at lunch in the parking lot, at 9pm when the house is finally quiet.

The Working Mom Nutrition Club is a community for busy working moms who are done with the all-or-nothing cycle and ready to build something that sticks — on their own time, without one more Zoom call on the calendar.

This week I'm walking you through everything: what's free, what's paid, what drops at the end of July, and why I think this is the missing piece for women exactly like you and me.

More tomorrow. 🌿

By January it felt like I'd gained it all back and had to start over. Again. Then I became a mom, and the holidays got extra...
